Ceux-ci permettent aux passagers d'exprimer leur satisfaction concernant diff\u00e9rents services. Ce retour d'information volontaire est bas\u00e9 sur trois boutons \"emoji\" qui repr\u00e9sentent diff\u00e9rents niveaux de satisfaction. Les \u00e9valuations des passagers sont enregistr\u00e9es et partag\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el, ce qui aide l'\u00e9quipe de l'a\u00e9roport \u00e0 allouer les ressources de mani\u00e8re efficace.<\/p>\n<p>Melanie Burnley, directrice de l'exp\u00e9rience client chez LCY, d\u00e9clare : \"\u00c0 l'a\u00e9roport de London City, nous constatons un nombre record de passagers. Le retour d'information en temps r\u00e9el leur permet de voir quelles zones de l'a\u00e9roport sont surcharg\u00e9es et o\u00f9 des ressources suppl\u00e9mentaires sont n\u00e9cessaires. Par exemple, l'\u00e9quipe de nettoyage re\u00e7oit une alerte par SMS d\u00e8s que le bouton \"Insatisfait\" d'un lieu est actionn\u00e9 trois fois en 15 minutes et peut r\u00e9agir imm\u00e9diatement de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, les mod\u00e8les ou tendances identifi\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce aux donn\u00e9es obtenues peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer l'exp\u00e9rience du client.
