Voici une description des sept domaines d'action cl\u00e9s que les services traitent actuellement ou devront ma\u00eetriser \u00e0 l'avenir :<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.) Une coop\u00e9ration efficace<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il s'agit de la mani\u00e8re dont les organisations sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans la cha\u00eene de valeur de l'entreprise, de l'interaction qu'elles ont avec les clients et les fournisseurs. \u00c0 l'avenir, cette collaboration doit se faire avec une fr\u00e9quence et une souplesse accrues. Leurs activit\u00e9s quotidiennes sont domin\u00e9es par des activit\u00e9s non planifi\u00e9es telles que des demandes, des d\u00e9fauts, des probl\u00e8mes et des commandes qui doivent \u00eatre ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s rapidement. Ils agissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9active d\u00e8s que le client a besoin d'une assistance. En d'autres termes, ces organisations sont fortement d\u00e9termin\u00e9es de l'ext\u00e9rieur et ont des difficult\u00e9s de planification. L'optimisation est tr\u00e8s difficile dans ces conditions, tout comme la gestion et le contr\u00f4le. Pour le succ\u00e8s futur de ces unit\u00e9s de service, il est essentiel de trouver des moyens de passer de la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 \u00e0 la proactivit\u00e9 afin de reprendre le contr\u00f4le et la capacit\u00e9 de planifier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Le flux optimal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les organismes de services doivent trouver et d\u00e9finir leur flux optimal pour toutes les activit\u00e9s, processus, dysfonctionnements ou commandes. Ce flux est flexible en ce sens qu'il est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement remis en question pour savoir si les conditions cadres ont chang\u00e9 et si des ajustements du flux sont n\u00e9cessaires ? Pour ce faire, l'organisme de services doit se cr\u00e9er un espace sous forme de temps et d'argent. Cela peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en \u00e9liminant les retours d'information et les obstructions et en normalisant et automatisant syst\u00e9matiquement les processus d\u00e9finis (en particulier pour toutes les activit\u00e9s de routine).<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.) Dissolution des hi\u00e9rarchies et des silos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cela va de pair avec le fait que les structures organisationnelles traditionnelles existent toujours, mais que la collaboration est de plus en plus ax\u00e9e sur les services et les processus. En r\u00e9duisant le travail non planifi\u00e9 et en normalisant ou en automatisant les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes, on lib\u00e8re les capacit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour acqu\u00e9rir l'agilit\u00e9 requise.
