(Image : Unsplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Cette ann\u00e9e, le Barom\u00e8tre suisse des RH (Barom\u00e8tre des relations humaines), qui est \u00e9tabli tous les deux ans, fait le lien entre deux \u00e9volutions majeures : La num\u00e9risation et le vieillissement de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Dans l'enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s d'environ 2 000 employ\u00e9s, le th\u00e8me du vieillissement a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu'environ 40 %, selon l\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unilu.ch\/news\/je-digitaler-die-arbeit-desto-unzufriedener-die-beschaeftigten-5473\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Communiqu\u00e9 de presse\u00a0<\/a>le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unilu.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universit\u00e9 de Lucerne\u00a0<\/a>seraient tout \u00e0 fait dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 travailler au-del\u00e0 de la date de leur retraite. Cependant, beaucoup d'entre eux souffrent d\u00e9j\u00e0 de pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s \u00e0 l'encontre des salari\u00e9s plus \u00e2g\u00e9s des entreprises pendant leur vie professionnelle normale. Selon le Barom\u00e8tre des ressources humaines, elles semblent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandues en Suisse. \"Il y a ici un besoin consid\u00e9rable d'action pour les employeurs, mais aussi pour les cadres et les coll\u00e8gues\", aurait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la directrice de l'\u00e9tude, Gudela Grote.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barom\u00e8tre sur les solutions num\u00e9riques\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Selon le barom\u00e8tre, les questions sur la num\u00e9risation ont permis de tirer une conclusion : Plus le niveau de num\u00e9risation de l'entreprise est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus la satisfaction au travail est faible. 74 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que leur entreprise est pr\u00eate \u00e0 utiliser des solutions num\u00e9riques. L'actionnariat salari\u00e9 joue un r\u00f4le de plus en plus important. Au total, 66 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre \"pleinement\" ou au moins \"quelque peu\" habilit\u00e9es \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions ind\u00e9pendantes par leurs superviseurs. D'autre part, la surveillance \u00e9lectronique est \u00e9galement signal\u00e9e. 20 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment que leur vie priv\u00e9e est ainsi restreinte. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que les employ\u00e9s se sentent moins connect\u00e9s \u00e0 leur entreprise si la surveillance \u00e9lectronique est trop souvent utilis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Environ 75 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent une s\u00e9paration nette entre le travail et la vie priv\u00e9e. Le d\u00e9sir de s\u00e9paration est encore plus prononc\u00e9 chez les employ\u00e9s plus \u00e2g\u00e9s.
