Lo studio dell'ADP verifica dove lavorano i dipendenti pi\u00f9 felici. Qui sotto ci sono i primi cinque paesi europei per soddisfazione dei lavoratori:<\/p>\n

    Criteri diversi <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Nonostante l'alta soddisfazione sul lavoro, l'86% dei dipendenti polacchi prenderebbe in considerazione un'opportunit\u00e0 di carriera in un altro paese - rispetto al 54% degli intervistati in Francia, che generalmente riportano una soddisfazione e un ottimismo inferiori rispetto ai dipendenti polacchi. Questi risultati sono interessanti in termini di cifre di occupazione. Per esempio, la disoccupazione \u00e8 incredibilmente alta, 18,9% in Spagna. Un'alta soddisfazione sul lavoro \u00e8 probabilmente un risultato diretto della sicurezza comparativa del lavoro.<\/p>\n

    I dipendenti tedeschi sono i pi\u00f9 fiduciosi sul futuro del lavoro. 83% di loro sono ottimisti. Il Regno Unito ha registrato il maggior calo rispetto all'anno scorso (76% contro 81%).     I lavoratori pi\u00f9 giovani tendono a mostrare livelli pi\u00f9 alti di ottimismo, con 85% dei 16-24enni ottimisti sul futuro del lavoro, rispetto a una media generale di 78%. Questo scende a 72% nel gruppo di et\u00e0 55+ - suggerendo che l'ottimismo diminuisce con l'et\u00e0.<\/p>\n

    Aree soddisfatte <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Nel frattempo, l'industria delle telecomunicazioni e dell'informatica sta emergendo come l'industria pi\u00f9 soddisfatta di tutte. 79% dei lavoratori si dichiarano soddisfatti.
