Per esempio, il 66% degli svizzeri crede che darebbe alla sua compagnia di assicurazione auto l'accesso ai suoi dati personali di guida se questo significasse che la guida responsabile sarebbe premiata finanziariamente. E un chiaro 85% degli intervistati crede di fidarsi pi\u00f9 delle compagnie di assicurazione che di Google o Facebook per gestire questi dati personali in modo responsabile.<\/p>\n<p>Questi sono i risultati principali di un sondaggio condotto dalla societ\u00e0 di consulenza globale Prophet sul tema \"Quanto \u00e8 importante per lei la trasparenza sui suoi contratti assicurativi?\", per il quale sono stati interrogati 250 adulti in Svizzera nel febbraio di quest'anno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gli assicuratori lottano con la digitalizzazione<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gli assicuratori, tuttavia, hanno ancora difficolt\u00e0 con la trasformazione digitale. Secondo l'opinione di molti clienti, le compagnie di assicurazione hanno finora fallito nell'implementare in modo coerente la digitalizzazione del business assicurativo. Il 73% degli intervistati si lamenta della scarsa qualit\u00e0 della presenza online degli assicuratori. I consumatori preferiscono quindi ottenere informazioni sulle tariffe e sui prezzi del settore sui portali di comparazione. Il 55% degli svizzeri si lamenta anche di non avere una panoramica adeguata della propria copertura assicurativa personale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Molta fiducia nell'assicurazione<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oltre agli aspetti tecnici, si tratta anche di una profonda trasformazione organizzativa e culturale dell'industria. \"Coloro che vogliono sopravvivere nel futuro ambiente competitivo devono utilizzare la digitalizzazione che avanza nell'interazione con i clienti, l'integrazione dei processi e l'offerta di prodotti per creare un'esperienza moderna e coerente per i clienti\", \u00e8 cos\u00ec che il nuovo partner Prophet Wolfgang Jacob valuta i risultati del sondaggio. Jacob, che in futuro diriger\u00e0 la divisione \"Financial Services\" per Prophet in Svizzera e Germania, ha precedentemente ricoperto posizioni di rilievo presso Credit Suisse, Commerzbank e il gruppo Gerling (ora HDI).<\/p>\n<p>Gli assicuratori di successo approfitterebbero del fatto che la gente si fida molto di pi\u00f9 di Google o Facebook quando si tratta di sicurezza dei dati, dice l'esperto di assicurazioni Jacob: \"I giovani in particolare sono abituati ad avere i loro dati registrati tutto il tempo\".
