Le aree di applicazione delle camere bianche sono diverse: dalla produzione di semiconduttori ai laboratori di ricerca alle applicazioni mediche, c'\u00e8 bisogno di camere con pulizia controllata. Le concentrazioni di particelle nell'aria, sul posto di lavoro e nei mezzi di processo devono essere misurate ripetutamente per garantire la continua pulizia del locale. La nuova direttiva VDI 2083 Foglio 3<\/a> descrive le procedure di misurazione per le camere bianche e le aree associate utilizzate durante il passaggio di propriet\u00e0, come parte della qualificazione delle nuove strutture, del controllo di routine e del monitoraggio continuo.<\/p>\n

I metodi descritti sono specificamente progettati per i requisiti delle camere bianche. La VDI 2083 Sheet 3 si applica alle misurazioni iniziali e una tantum cos\u00ec come al monitoraggio continuo o periodico. I metodi specificati sono intesi per la consegna di sistemi di camere bianche e per l'esecuzione di misurazioni di routine e di monitoraggio in conformit\u00e0 a DIN EN 12599, VDI 2083 Sheet 2 e DIN EN ISO 14644-4 e sono destinati a sostituire le procedure specifiche dell'utente. La linea guida si applica alle particelle con una dimensione di 100 nm o pi\u00f9.<\/p>\n

Il foglio 3 della VDI 2083 contiene istruzioni concrete sulla procedura di misurazione, a partire dall'ispezione visiva e includendo metodi come le classificazioni e le categorizzazioni. La linea guida fornisce anche informazioni sul tipo e sulla portata della documentazione e definisce i requisiti minimi per il rapporto di misurazione da preparare.<\/p>\n

La serie di linee guida VDI 2083 fornisce tutte le informazioni necessarie sui compiti e le misure della tecnologia delle camere bianche. Si rivolge specificamente alle persone che sono responsabili della misurazione e del mantenimento della qualit\u00e0 nelle camere bianche. La serie fornisce i dati necessari per la selezione dei metodi e dei parametri, e d\u00e0 anche indicazioni per eventuali deviazioni che possono essere ammissibili o necessarie.<\/p>\n
