In vista dei volumi di dati in costante aumento, \u00e8 quindi ovvio rendere Ethernet utilizzabile anche per le applicazioni industriali. Questo permette una comunicazione di dati uniforme in tutto il mondo attraverso i confini delle reti locali.<\/p>\n<h2>Unificare i vostri protocolli<\/h2>\n<p>Tuttavia, i protocolli proprietari che sono compatibili solo con i rispettivi dispositivi spesso ostacolano la creazione di una rete efficace. Per non rallentare la digitalizzazione delle fasi di produzione, sono necessari meta protocolli come OPC UA. Open Platform Communication Unified Architecture \u00e8 un protocollo di comunicazione industriale indipendente dal produttore. Grazie all'uso della tecnologia Ethernet, permette una comunicazione continua e trasparente dal sensore al cloud. Grazie al meccanismo di presentazione integrato, nuovi dispositivi possono essere integrati nel protocollo senza molto sforzo e comunicare con la rete esistente.<\/p>\n<p>Questo protocollo \u00e8 reso possibile dai progressi della microelettronica: i sensori e gli attuatori con i propri mini-processori permettono un collegamento in rete universale attraverso il loro protocollo di comunicazione aperto e in tempo reale. Tuttavia, per accedere ai dati in tempo reale, tutti i dispositivi devono essere allineati alla stessa base temporale.<\/p>\n<h2>TSN spinge la porta alla comunicazione in tempo reale<\/h2>\n<p>L'Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) ha creato una base temporale uniforme con lo standard Ethernet Time Sensitive Networking (TSN). Questo protocollo regola la trasmissione dei dati (programmazione del traffico) e automatizza la configurazione dei singoli sistemi. In questo modo, permette alle aziende di sincronizzare il comportamento di trasmissione dei pacchetti di dati dei singoli dispositivi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Insieme al modello di comunicazione esteso della OPC Foundation, OPC UA PubSub, \u00e8 stato possibile costruire il ponte e implementare applicazioni in tempo reale nell'ambiente industriale come standard generalmente disponibili. OPC UA PubSub accelera gi\u00e0 la comunicazione senza implementare il TSN attraverso la capacit\u00e0 di inviare dati continuamente senza dover aspettare risposte dai destinatari tra i singoli messaggi. Questo pu\u00f2 ridurre significativamente il carico sulla rete. Con OPC UA su TSN, \u00e8 anche possibile per gli utenti utilizzare certificati digitali e quindi generare un alto livello di sicurezza durante lo scambio di dati.<\/p>\n<h2>Nuovo standard mondiale per la comunicazione dei dati<\/h2>\n<p>Con TSN, le aziende possono quindi prepararsi in modo ottimale per Industria 4.0. Costituisce la base per tutte le applicazioni IIoT. Grazie alla sua capacit\u00e0 in tempo reale, IT e OT si fondono in una rete comune in un batter d'occhio, e anche i dispositivi finali senza capacit\u00e0 TSN possono essere facilmente gestiti tramite le reti TSN. Ci\u00f2 significa che i limiti di compatibilit\u00e0 possono essere superati pi\u00f9 rapidamente e che i componenti dell'impianto critici per il tempo possono essere integrati pi\u00f9 facilmente nell'Internet of Things.
