(Immagine: Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La crisi globale dell'assistenza sanitaria ha costretto gli ospedali ad accelerare l'uso di strumenti e processi come la RPA per creare il margine di manovra necessario negli ospedali e costruire un settore sanitario pi\u00f9 resistente. I processi critici per il funzionamento delle strutture sanitarie e l'erogazione di cure mediche ai pazienti vengono sempre pi\u00f9 automatizzati per ottenere efficienza, precisione e risparmio. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 stato particolarmente importante durante la pandemia, in quanto gli ospedali cercano modi innovativi per utilizzare meglio le loro capacit\u00e0. L'elaborazione dei pazienti, dei loro dati e dei loro programmi sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 automatizzata nel settore sanitario.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>I bot supportano la pianificazione delle vaccinazioni<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ad esempio, poich\u00e9 le vaccinazioni COVID non hanno perso la loro tempestivit\u00e0 e potrebbero tornare a essere un problema per l'autunno, la programmazione continua dei pazienti per le vaccinazioni di richiamo \u00e8 fondamentale per mitigare l'impatto della pandemia. Tuttavia, questo processo manuale \u00e8 irto di difficolt\u00e0 logistiche e pu\u00f2 richiedere molto tempo. In questo modo il personale ha pi\u00f9 tempo per concentrarsi sull'assistenza ai pazienti COVID.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Process Discovery: mappare completamente e rapidamente i processi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In definitiva, la Process Discovery (nota anche come Task Mining) e la mappatura di tutti i processi sanitari aiuteranno il personale a salvare vite umane. La maggiore trasparenza dei processi rafforza l'efficienza operativa e la qualit\u00e0 dei processi. Si risparmiano tempo e costi preziosi. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 reso possibile dalla scoperta automatizzata dei processi, che mappa i processi sanitari completi in tempi brevi. I miglioramenti possono quindi essere implementati pi\u00f9 rapidamente.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Valutazione accurata dei dati grazie all'automazione<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Una maggiore trasparenza dei processi sanitari porta a una migliore raccolta dei dati, un fattore critico per la gestione di una pandemia e la rilevazione delle esigenze individuali. La pandemia COVID 19 ha fatto s\u00ec che i dati nazionali diventassero pi\u00f9 importanti. In particolare, i dati per capire come si sta evolvendo il virus e quali misure possono aiutare a minimizzare la sua diffusione. Tuttavia, a livello nazionale, \u00e8 complesso raccogliere, elaborare, perfezionare e validare i dati provenienti dai singoli ospedali. I dati devono essere ottenuti da ospedali specifici, che hanno i propri protocolli di raccolta ed elaborazione dei dati. Quando le persone elaborano gigabyte di dati, gli errori sono quasi inevitabili. Vi sono poi i parametri di protezione dei dati che devono essere rispettati durante l'elaborazione dei dati e la necessit\u00e0 di anonimato per proteggere la privacy dei pazienti. Ci sono quindi diversi componenti da considerare. L'automazione contribuisce a rendere questi processi efficienti e conformi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Superare i potenziali ostacoli logistici del sistema sanitario<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Gli utilizzi di successo della RPA nel mondo reale sono gi\u00e0 presenti nelle strutture mediche di tutto il mondo. Il Ministero della Salute brasiliano, ad esempio, ha recentemente utilizzato l'automazione per affrontare le sfide logistiche dei suoi ospedali. Raccogliere ed elaborare i dati di una popolazione di oltre 200 milioni di persone \u00e8 un processo scoraggiante.
