Ad esempio, \u00e8 possibile ricavare previsioni e sviluppare processi di autoapprendimento. Esistono diverse possibilit\u00e0 di implementazione.<\/p>\n<h3>Intelligenza artificiale degli oggetti: simbiosi tra AI e IoT<\/h3>\n<p>\"Grazie all'Internet delle cose e a una moltitudine di macchine collegate in rete, sono disponibili sempre pi\u00f9 dati. Tuttavia, questi dati non hanno valore se non possono essere utilizzati nei processi decisionali. Devono quindi essere elaborati e valutati in modo intelligente dalle applicazioni di intelligenza artificiale il pi\u00f9 rapidamente possibile. L'intelligenza artificiale pu\u00f2 anche fare confronti con altri processi, sistemi e relativi dati e, imparando dall'esperienza, risolvere autonomamente compiti futuri, evitare errori e ottimizzare i processi\", spiega Martin Heinz, CEO di iTAC Software AG, fornitore di soluzioni MES\/MOM.<\/p>\n<p>La struttura IoT ha quindi bisogno dell'intelligenza artificiale, che a sua volta ha bisogno dell'Internet degli oggetti come fonte di dati. Anche iTAC si basa su questa simbiosi e consente di eseguire analisi in streaming e batch su una piattaforma centrale e scalabile con accesso immediato ai dati MOM per una produzione prevedibile. La iTAC.MOM.Suite si avvale della pi\u00f9 recente tecnologia IIoT. Il software iTAC.IIoT.Edge \u00e8 un componente del sistema MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management System), ma pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato anche autonomamente e consente di migliorare in modo significativo i processi produttivi in breve tempo. \u00c8 in grado di combinare i dati IIoT con i dati MES per formare strutture di dati piatte e analizzare questi dati in tempo reale. Durante il processo, i pacchetti di dati possono essere trasferiti ad altri strumenti di analisi o di ML\/AI utilizzati dal cliente e i modelli di ML creati su altre piattaforme possono essere integrati.<\/p>\n<h3>La manutenzione predittiva come caso d'uso<\/h3>\n<p>\"Le applicazioni basate sull'apprendimento automatico e sull'intelligenza artificiale nel settore dell'analisi rendono possibili analisi pi\u00f9 sofisticate e di qualit\u00e0 superiore rispetto alle tecnologie e agli algoritmi tradizionali. L'intelligenza artificiale pu\u00f2, ad esempio, trovare modelli complessi nei dati, trarre conclusioni e quindi fare previsioni\", spiega Martin Heinz. Grazie all'utilizzo della soluzione edge di iTAC, \u00e8 possibile sviluppare numerosi casi d'uso di ML\/AI per la produzione avanzata e digitalizzata, ad esempio nell'area della predizione. Il monitoraggio corrispondente dei dati delle macchine e dei sensori consente, ad esempio, di prevedere i guasti delle macchine. I tempi di fermo macchina non programmati possono essere ridotti fino al 70%. Un altro caso d'uso \u00e8 la riduzione delle attivit\u00e0 di test. La maggior parte delle linee SMT con AOI deve fare i conti con un alto tasso di false chiamate. Con l'aiuto dell'intelligenza artificiale, \u00e8 possibile distinguere con precisione i difetti reali dalle false chiamate. Ci\u00f2 riduce fino al 60% la necessit\u00e0 di ispezioni manuali da parte degli operatori, con i relativi tempi e costi.
