Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 avvenuto grazie alla taratura e alla certificazione dei propri prodotti. \"Sviluppiamo e progettiamo noi stessi i nostri dispositivi di monitoraggio delle apparecchiature di prova, come le stazioni di prova delle sonde\", afferma Norbert Heym, responsabile del laboratorio di Feinmess Suhl. \"E siamo l'unico laboratorio in Germania accreditato DAkkS per sonde incrementali fino a 100 mm\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sonda incrementale fine IKF100D<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La sonda fine da 100 mm, regolabile manualmente e incrementale, \u00e8 dotata di un'unit\u00e0 di visualizzazione PU26 montata direttamente sulla sonda fine con una risoluzione di 0,1 \u00b5m. L'unit\u00e0 di visualizzazione mostra i risultati della misurazione di lunghezza ad alta precisione di pezzi, provini, perni di misura o blocchi di misura. Pu\u00f2 anche essere utilizzata come interfaccia per l'ulteriore elaborazione dei dati raccolti sul PC. L'interfaccia corrispondente e il software di visualizzazione FMS-View sono inclusi nella fornitura.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Principio del comparatore di Abbe per la massima precisione di misurazione<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La sonda incrementale fine funziona sulla base di un sistema di misura optoelettronico. Sul corpo di base della sonda fine \u00e8 montata una guida prismatica a rulli con scala. La regolazione della sonda fine avviene tramite un volantino. La precisione del sistema \u00e8 inferiore a 0,3 \u00b5m. Il perno di misura \u00e8 in asse con il sistema di misura e corrisponde al principio del comparatore di Abbe.
