(Immagine: Lufthansa Industry Solutions)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Il reporting di sostenibilit\u00e0 diventer\u00e0 obbligatorio in un numero sempre maggiore di Paesi, soprattutto per le grandi aziende. Questo aumenta la pressione ad agire per molte aziende. Infatti, fonti di dati eterogenee, scarsa qualit\u00e0 dei dati e requisiti normativi complessi rappresentano una sfida importante che pu\u00f2 essere superata solo con strumenti adeguati e un elevato grado di automazione. Ad oggi, molte aziende si affidano ancora agli strumenti di bordo dei grandi fornitori di software e cloud, lasciando cos\u00ec inutilizzato un grande potenziale di ottimizzazione, come dimostra l'attuale \"IT &amp; Sustainability - Maturity Index 2023\". Per lo studio, la societ\u00e0 di ricerche di mercato PAC ha intervistato 150 responsabili IT e aziendali dell'industria automobilistica, manifatturiera e logistica per conto di Lufthansa Industry Solutions.<\/p>\n<h3>Strumenti di sostenibilit\u00e0 nella lista dei desideri di molte aziende<\/h3>\n<p>\"Per soddisfare i requisiti normativi del reporting di sostenibilit\u00e0, le aziende devono raccogliere, analizzare e preparare molti dati. La gestione manuale di queste attivit\u00e0 non solo richiede troppo tempo e personale, ma \u00e8 anche molto soggetta a errori\", afferma Moritz R\u00f6der, Associate Director Supply Chain Management &amp; Sustainability di Lufthansa Industry Solutions (LHIND). Per il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lufthansa-industry-solutions.com\/de-de\/studien\/pac-it-sustainability-reifegradindex-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\"IT e sostenibilit\u00e0 - Indice di maturit\u00e0 2023\".<\/a> LHIND ha quindi determinato un sottoindice per l'area \"strumenti\". Il sottoindice tiene conto del fatto che le aziende preparino il loro bilancio di sostenibilit\u00e0 con l'aiuto di strumenti e in modo automatizzato, che effettuino una valutazione del rischio dei loro fornitori e quali strumenti utilizzino a tale scopo. Su una scala da \"0\" (immaturo) a \"10\" (maturo), il sottoindice ha raggiunto un valore di 6,4. \"L'indice mostra che le aziende si stanno gi\u00e0 occupando intensamente del tema della sostenibilit\u00e0 e degli strumenti necessari a tal fine\", afferma l'esperto di sostenibilit\u00e0 R\u00f6der.<\/p>\n<p>E cosa deve fare uno strumento del genere dal punto di vista delle aziende? Oltre al calcolo dell'impronta di carbonio (93%), l'82% degli intervistati vuole un supporto per prendere decisioni di acquisto sostenibili e il 78% vuole un report completo sulla sostenibilit\u00e0. Per il 70%, registrare lo status quo \u00e8 importante per poter migliorare la sostenibilit\u00e0 e il 61% si aspetta una visione olistica dei KPI finanziari e di sostenibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h3>Solo il 15 per cento delle aziende ha automatizzato il proprio reporting di sostenibilit\u00e0<\/h3>\n<p>Finora, un'azienda su due tra quelle intervistate per lo studio produce gi\u00e0 un rapporto di sostenibilit\u00e0, su base volontaria o per obbligo di legge. Quattro aziende su dieci lo fanno ancora manualmente e sono supportate in varia misura da uno strumento di reporting. Il 44% delle aziende produce gi\u00e0 il proprio report in modo almeno parzialmente automatico. Spesso vengono utilizzati strumenti per il monitoraggio della sostenibilit\u00e0 gi\u00e0 presenti in azienda come parte del portafoglio software di grandi fornitori di software o cloud. Ma solo nel 15% delle aziende la generazione del report \u00e8 gi\u00e0 ampiamente automatizzata. Moritz R\u00f6der: \"Contrariamente a quanto suggerisce il sottoindice a prima vista, in questo caso c'\u00e8 ancora un notevole potenziale di ottimizzazione.<\/p>\n<p>Lo stesso vale per la valutazione del rischio dei fornitori. Due terzi (67%) delle aziende effettuano gi\u00e0 una valutazione del rischio sulla sostenibilit\u00e0 dei propri fornitori e un altro 26% sta pianificando di farlo. Meno di un terzo di queste aziende ha finora automatizzato in larga misura questo processo. A differenza del monitoraggio della sostenibilit\u00e0, per la valutazione delle catene di fornitura vengono solitamente utilizzati strumenti specializzati. R\u00f6der, consulente di LHIND: \"Per migliorare il proprio livello di maturit\u00e0 e guidare l'automazione, le aziende non hanno bisogno di un bouquet di strumenti diversi, ma di un'unica fonte di verit\u00e0 dei dati. Uno strumento che le guidi passo dopo passo nella rendicontazione e che allo stesso tempo garantisca la trasparenza della catena di fornitura\".<\/p>\n<h3>Soluzione cloud-based sul mercato<\/h3>\n<p>Per evitare spiacevoli sorprese durante l'implementazione dello strumento, le aziende dovrebbero anche assicurarsi che sia in linea con le linee guida sulla governance dei processi e sulla rendicontazione e che possa essere adattato ai requisiti del dipartimento finanziario e alle future strutture organizzative. \"Se questi requisiti sono soddisfatti, uno strumento di questo tipo consente in ultima analisi la gestione della sostenibilit\u00e0 basata sui dati di cui le aziende hanno bisogno per raggiungere i loro obiettivi climatici\", afferma Moritz R\u00f6der.<\/p>\n<p>LHIND ha quindi sviluppato la soluzione cloud-based EPACTO (ESG Performance Accounting Tool) come cuore digitale della gestione della sostenibilit\u00e0.
