In altre parole, stiamo vivendo \"a credito\". Non si sarebbe potuta scegliere una data pi\u00f9 simbolica per l'edizione di quest'anno. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.m-q.ch\/it\/dove-i-visionari-danno-forma-al-futuro\/\">Forum sulla leadership futura<\/a> Il Premio svizzero di etica 2025 non \u00e8 quindi una scelta.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rendere visibile il comportamento etico negli affari<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il Premio svizzero di etica premia i progetti etici nel mondo degli affari. L'attenzione \u00e8 rivolta ai risultati eccezionali di organizzazioni e aziende che si assumono la responsabilit\u00e0 in modo particolare e si impegnano per una gestione aziendale sostenibile e orientata al valore. Secondo Werner von Allmen e Ruth Buholzer del Forum Svizzero dell'Eccellenza, che hanno fondato il premio nel 2005, l'obiettivo del premio \u00e8 rendere visibile il comportamento etico negli affari.<\/p>\n<p>Quest'anno, una giuria composta da sei membri e presieduta dal dottor Christoph Weber-Berg, etico aziendale e presidente della Chiesa riformata di Argovia, ha valutato cinque progetti provenienti da diversi settori industriali. I candidati al Premio Etico Svizzero 2025 erano 1001 Organic, E. Schellenberg Textildruck AG, Lonza Group AG, Max Felchlin AG e mymyio GmbH. Questa volta si \u00e8 trattato di una scelta molto combattuta, come ha rivelato Christoph Weber-Berg durante la cerimonia di premiazione. I cinque progetti sono stati in grado di dimostrare che esistono molti modi per introdurre l'etica e la sostenibilit\u00e0 nella pratica aziendale senza dover sacrificare il profitto. E infine, ma non meno importante, tutti contribuiscono a ritardare l'Earth Overshoot Day in futuro.<\/p>\n<h3>Premio per Max Felchlin AG<\/h3>\n<p>Alla fine, Max Felchlin AG, fornitore leader di prodotti di cioccolato e cacao di alta qualit\u00e0, ha avuto la meglio. L'azienda \u00e8 stata premiata con lo Swiss Ethics Award 2025 per il suo progetto \"Healthcare in the cocoa origin\". Con questo impegno, Felchlin stabilisce nuovi standard di responsabilit\u00e0 aziendale sostenibile e sociale e dimostra in modo esemplare come sia possibile conciliare comportamento etico e successo economico.<\/p>\n<p>L'impegno di Felchlin garantisce ai produttori di cacao e alle loro famiglie l'accesso alle cure mediche di base. Dal 2021 sono state avviate iniziative mirate in Ghana, Ecuador, Venezuela e Madagascar, tra cui l'introduzione di un'assicurazione sanitaria, l'assunzione dei costi delle cure e la fornitura di risorse mediche. La stretta collaborazione con i partner locali e le strutture sanitarie sta creando strutture sostenibili che combattono efficacemente la povert\u00e0 e il lavoro minorile, migliorano in modo sostenibile la salute e la qualit\u00e0 della vita, aumentano la produttivit\u00e0 e il reddito, garantendo cos\u00ec il sostentamento dei coltivatori di cacao nel lungo periodo.<\/p>\n<h3>Contributo decisivo alla lotta alla povert\u00e0<\/h3>\n<p>Il progetto si rivolge a una leva decisiva per migliorare la qualit\u00e0 della vita e garantire il sostentamento delle persone all'inizio della catena di approvvigionamento di Felchlin. Felchlin d\u00e0 cos\u00ec un contributo significativo alla lotta contro la povert\u00e0 nelle regioni di origine delle sue materie prime e pone costantemente il benessere delle persone al centro delle sue azioni. La giuria ha riconosciuto in particolare il fatto che il progetto \u00e8 di notevole portata, date le dimensioni dell'azienda - un chiaro segno della seriet\u00e0 e della coerenza dell'impegno. Felchlin fornisce cos\u00ec una prova esemplare di come il successo aziendale e la responsabilit\u00e0 sociale possano andare di pari passo. Il progetto \u00e8 inoltre trasferibile ad altre filiere nei Paesi del Sud globale e fa di Felchlin un modello di riferimento per le aziende dei pi\u00f9 diversi settori.
