Come mostra il sondaggio \"Trusted Brands 2018\" di quest'anno di Reader's Digest, la qualit\u00e0 \u00e8 la ragione numero uno per la decisione di acquisto (89% delle risposte).<\/p>\n<p>La qualit\u00e0 garantisce anche un'alta fedelt\u00e0 dei clienti in Svizzera. Per la prima volta, Reader's Digest ha indagato cosa intendono i consumatori svizzeri per qualit\u00e0 nel sondaggio \"Trusted Brands 2018\". La lista dei marchi pi\u00f9 affidabili \u00e8 sorprendentemente coerente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I cinque importanti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alla domanda sugli aspetti della qualit\u00e0 del marchio, i partecipanti allo studio si sono concentrati su cinque fattori. Mentre l'84% dei giovani tra i 18 e i 29 anni d\u00e0 un forte peso alla durata di vita di un prodotto, la cifra non \u00e8 inferiore al 94% per quelli oltre i 60 anni.<\/p>\n<p>Un quadro simile emerge per l'affidabilit\u00e0. L'86 per cento del gruppo di et\u00e0 pi\u00f9 giovane (18-29 anni) richiede una bassa suscettibilit\u00e0 ai guasti, mentre tra i pi\u00f9 anziani (oltre 60 anni) la cifra \u00e8 ben il 93 per cento. Tuttavia, le proporzioni sono invertite quando si tratta di design: il 57% dei giovani (18 - 29 anni), ma solo il 46 degli anziani (pi\u00f9 di 60 anni) giudica un prodotto dal suo aspetto, colori e forma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lealt\u00e0 ininterrotta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I marchi leader sono riusciti a mantenere la loro promessa di qualit\u00e0 per un lungo periodo di tempo, consolidando cos\u00ec ripetutamente la fiducia dei clienti. In quattordici delle venti categorie esaminate, le marche hanno difeso la loro prima posizione nel bonus di fiducia negli ultimi tre anni.<\/p>\n<p>Un segno particolare della consistenza dei rapporti \u00e8 il fatto che in una sola delle venti categorie (Outdoor\/Sport) ha prevalso un nuovo marchio ogni anno dal 2016.
