L'Ufficio federale di statistica (UST) distingue questi costi non solo per settore economico, ma anche per dimensione dell'azienda. Nei settori secondario e terziario, l'UST ha calcolato costi di 60,05 franchi, che \u00e8 il costo medio di un'ora di lavoro in Svizzera. Questo \u00e8 pi\u00f9 che nell'ultimo sondaggio del 2014, quando l'ora costava ancora 59,60 franchi. Ancora una volta, l'ora lavorata meno cara nel 2016 \u00e8 arrivata nel settore dell'ospitalit\u00e0 a 36,68 franchi.<\/p>\n

Diversi costi del lavoro <\/strong><\/p>\n

I costi del lavoro sono tutte le spese sostenute dal datore di lavoro. In Svizzera, il 79,9% di questi costi \u00e8 costituito da salari lordi. I contributi sociali dei datori di lavoro rappresentano il 16,9%. I costi della formazione professionale e del reclutamento del personale rappresentano il 3,2%.<\/p>\n

I dipendenti dei fornitori di servizi finanziari e assicurativi guidano la tabella dei costi. Essi sostengono 92,10 franchi all'ora. L'industria finanziaria \u00e8 seguita dall'informazione e comunicazione con 77,95 franchi all'ora e dai servizi professionali, scientifici e tecnici con 76,50 franchi. Oltre all'industria alberghiera e della ristorazione, il costo del lavoro nel settore terziario era basso anche nelle arti, intrattenimento e ricreazione (53,01 franchi) e negli altri servizi scientifici (44,99).<\/p>\n

Differenze nelle dimensioni dell'azienda<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il costo del lavoro varia anche a seconda delle dimensioni dell'impresa. Nei settori secondario e terziario, il costo per ora lavorata \u00e8 stato del 25,8% superiore nelle aziende con 50 o pi\u00f9 dipendenti (Fr. 64,50) rispetto alle piccole aziende con meno di dieci dipendenti (Fr. 50,35). Questo risultato \u00e8 dovuto principalmente alle grandi differenze nei livelli di reddito, poich\u00e9 i salari e gli stipendi erano in media 22,8% pi\u00f9 alti nelle imprese con 50 e pi\u00f9 dipendenti che nelle piccole imprese.<\/p>\n

Tuttavia, questa disparit\u00e0 non si osserva in tutti i settori dell'economia e non \u00e8 legata al livello del costo del lavoro. La dimensione dell'impresa ha avuto poca influenza sui costi per ora lavorata, per esempio, nell'intermediazione finanziaria, dove il costo del lavoro era 4,6% pi\u00f9 alto nelle grandi imprese, o nelle altre attivit\u00e0 commerciali, dove era 2,4% pi\u00f9 alto nelle imprese con meno di dieci dipendenti che nelle imprese con 50 o pi\u00f9 dipendenti.<\/p>\n

Le differenze nel settore terziario erano quindi molto pi\u00f9 evidenti che nel settore manifatturiero. Il valore medio nel settore dei servizi era di 61,36 franchi all'ora.<\/p>\n

Nell'industria e nel commercio, invece, il costo orario del lavoro pi\u00f9 basso \u00e8 stato registrato nel settore delle costruzioni, con 51,71 franchi. Il costo orario del lavoro pi\u00f9 alto \u00e8 stato sostenuto nel settore dei servizi energetici, con 72,36 franchi all'ora. Il valore medio era di 56,67 franchi.<\/p>\n

Il costo del lavoro dei datori di lavoro differisce non solo in base all'industria e al settore, ma anche in base alle dimensioni dell'impresa. Il Dati FSO<\/a> secondo lo studio, i costi sono pi\u00f9 bassi nelle aziende pi\u00f9 piccole. Nelle aziende con pi\u00f9 di 50 dipendenti, erano un buon quarto pi\u00f9 alti nel 2016, con 64,50 franchi all'ora, rispetto alle aziende con meno di dieci dipendenti (50,35 franchi).<\/p>\n

La Svizzera ha il suo prezzo <\/strong><\/p>\n

La ragione di tale evoluzione dei costi \u00e8 il 23% circa di salari pi\u00f9 bassi nelle aziende pi\u00f9 piccole. Tuttavia, questo non \u00e8 il caso in tutti i settori e rami dell'economia: Nell'industria del credito e delle assicurazioni e nella fornitura di altri servizi economici, il costo del lavoro era pi\u00f9 alto tra le piccole imprese.<\/p>\n

Nella media UE, un'ora costava 29,27 franchi nel 2016 secondo il tasso di cambio giornaliero (fine agosto 2018). La pi\u00f9 cara \u00e8 stata la Danimarca con 49,42, la pi\u00f9 economica la Bulgaria con 5 franchi. In Germania, un'ora di lavoro costava 38 franchi.<\/p>\n
