Mentre i classici lavori IT come gli amministratori di sistema continuano ad essere pubblicizzati, gli annunci per le posizioni specializzate come gli sviluppatori di software stanno diminuendo. L'IT sta cambiando rapidamente: la digitalizzazione, la robotica, l'intelligenza artificiale e la necessit\u00e0 di una maggiore flessibilit\u00e0 e velocit\u00e0 stanno influenzando il ruolo dell'IT nelle imprese. All'IT viene chiesto di evolvere da un fornitore di servizi chiaramente strutturato e focalizzato sull'efficienza dei costi a un driver integrale della trasformazione digitale. Cos\u00ec, il 96% dei decisori intervistati concorda sul fatto che l'importanza dell'IT all'interno dell'organizzazione generale aumenter\u00e0 bruscamente nei prossimi tre anni. Tuttavia, nel 77% delle aziende, l'IT \u00e8 attualmente percepito come una funzione puramente tecnica. Per cambiare questo, i dipartimenti IT devono continuare a crescere con gli specialisti per rispondere in modo flessibile alle esigenze dei dipartimenti aziendali. Attualmente, solo il 10% degli intervistati crede che l'IT sia in grado di farlo. E solo il 6% dichiara che l'IT sviluppa proattivamente innovazioni per i dipartimenti aziendali. \"I risultati mostrano che, nella percezione di molti decisori, il dipartimento IT non reagisce abbastanza rapidamente alle nuove esigenze o non riesce a fornire soluzioni innovative. L'IT non \u00e8 quindi spesso visto come adattivo, cio\u00e8 differenziato e adattabile alla situazione, e quindi non viene percepito come un'organizzazione di servizi orientata al cliente\", dice Ingo Rasch, esperto di consulenza IT presso Horv\u00e1th & Partners in Svizzera. Una visione adattiva delle variabili organizzative e tecnologiche che influenzano \u00e8 necessaria per creare un IT orientato al futuro. Le organizzazioni IT dovrebbero conoscere le interrelazioni e i processi della loro azienda e sviluppare soluzioni IT innovative per loro, guidare l'automazione dei processi aziendali e fondamentalmente posizionarsi in modo pi\u00f9 agile. Se un IT soddisfa questi requisiti, pu\u00f2 soddisfare le crescenti richieste del suo ruolo nell'azienda in futuro e, d'altra parte, garantire una stabilit\u00e0 efficiente in termini di costi.<\/p>\n

Per lo studio intersettoriale \"Adaptive IT - The IT Organization in Transition\", Horv\u00e1th & Partners ha intervistato online tra aprile e maggio 2018 circa 190 decisori aziendali in Germania, Austria e Svizzera.
