Questa volta ha colpito il Credit Suisse. (Immagine: unsplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Migliaia di dipendenti del Credit Suisse hanno ricevuto dati non richiesti dai loro colleghi. Invece di visualizzare la durata delle proprie chiamate o la gestione dei costi, sono stati in grado di visualizzare e salvare le informazioni sui dipendenti sui loro telefoni cellulari: Chi era al telefono con chi, quanto tempo sono durate quelle chiamate, e certamente quanto sono costate le chiamate. Anche CS non ha voluto commentare l'incidente. Una portavoce della grande banca ha fatto riferimento a Swisscom.<\/p>\n<p>Swisscom \u00e8 ancora una volta in cattiva luce in questa debacle. La fuga di dati di massa sarebbe iniziata tramite loro, come ha ammesso venerd\u00ec una portavoce della compagnia telefonica semipubblica quando le \u00e8 stato chiesto: \"Oggi, circa 3'500 collaboratori del Credit Suisse Group hanno ricevuto un'e-mail con un conteggio delle connessioni (compresa una ripartizione dei costi) per i servizi Swisscom Mobile\", ha detto il comunicato ufficiale. Purtroppo, un errore manuale \u00e8 stato commesso da un collaboratore di Swisscom, dice il comunicato non ufficiale.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo la portavoce di Swisscom, le conseguenze sono gravi: \"Abbiamo immediatamente inviato un'e-mail alle persone interessate per informarle dei documenti errati e per scusarci formalmente\", ha detto. Swisscom avrebbe ora rimediato all'invio dei documenti corretti \"marted\u00ec prossimo, 15 gennaio 2019\".<\/p>\n<p>Quale errore individuale abbia commesso quel dipendente di Swisscom, la donna dei media del gigante delle telecomunicazioni non ha voluto rivelare. C'\u00e8 davvero un problema umano dietro?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pi\u00f9 di un rischio reputazionale?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Secondo il portale di insider \"Inside Paradeplatz\", questo \u00e8 un incidente di dati della classe extra. Questo potrebbe anche portare le autorit\u00e0 sulla scena. Tutte le direttive sulla protezione dei dati, che Swisscom avrebbe dovuto rispettare, sono state violate dall'azienda di telecomunicazioni. Ora alcuni banchieri sanno cosa hanno fatto i loro colleghi con i loro telefoni. Si pu\u00f2 supporre che tra i 3.500 dipendenti di CS colpiti ci siano anche molti alti dirigenti. \"Inside Paradeplatz\" nomina manager rinomati come per esempio <a href=\"https:\/\/insideparadeplatz.ch\/2015\/11\/12\/neuer-cs-schweiz-chef-geht-mit-b-team-an-start\/\">Serge Fehr<\/a>Iqbal Khan, capo del private banking, e Iqbal Khan, che, pur non essendo un dipendente svizzero, \u00e8 a capo dell'International Wealth Management.<\/p>\n<p>La domanda corretta \u00e8 infatti: come fa Swisscom, che negli ultimi mesi \u00e8 stata ripetutamente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tagesanzeiger.ch\/wirtschaft\/unternehmen-und-konjunktur\/swisscom-verschaerft-sicherheitsmassnahmen\/story\/27504931\">Perdite di dati<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tagesanzeiger.ch\/wirtschaft\/unternehmen-und-konjunktur\/swisscom-verschaerft-sicherheitsmassnahmen\/story\/27504931\">(vedi Tages Anzeiger)<\/a> contro tali incidenti di vasta portata? Dopo tutto, le aziende pi\u00f9 grandi devono sempre fare i conti con i cyberattacchi.  In ogni caso, le cause della perdita non sono ancora state sufficientemente documentate.
