Circa 200 organizzazioni internazionali con sede in Svizzera e aziende svizzere con 20 o pi\u00f9 dipendenti hanno partecipato, con l'obiettivo di migliorare la loro cultura del lavoro. Su questa base, il 4 aprile 2019 Great Place to Work\u00ae ha premiato per l'undicesima volta i \"Migliori datori di lavoro della Svizzera\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Giustizia piuttosto che denaro: i livelli di retribuzione ricevono meno attenzione dell'equit\u00e0 percepita<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"obu-section-text\">\n<div class=\"obu-txt\">\n<p>Oltre a una paga equa, buoni fringe benefit e un trattamento apprezzabile, un management degno di fiducia fa la differenza sul lavoro: i dirigenti devono apparire competenti.
