Lo Swiss Ethics Award premia i progetti che stabiliscono nuovi standard etici nel campo degli affari. Il premio viene assegnato ogni due anni dallo Swiss Excellence Forum. Il 20 aprile 2016, la cerimonia di premiazione ha avuto luogo nell'ambito della Conferenza svizzera degli imprenditori al KKL di Lucerna. La responsabilit\u00e0 etica delle imprese \u00e8 stata al centro degli interventi di Nadja Lang, direttrice della Fondazione Max Havelaar (Svizzera), Roger de Weck, direttore generale della SRG e il Prof. Dr. Dr. Franz Josef Radermacher, Istituto per le banche dati e l'intelligenza artificiale, Universit\u00e0 di Ulm.<\/p>\n

Contributo alla conservazione della biodiversit\u00e0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dopo Migros (2014), Weleda ha vinto l'Ethics Award con il suo progetto \"Acquisto etico di materie prime naturali\". Weleda \u00e8 membro dell'UEBT dal 2010. L'adesione richiede lo sviluppo e l'implementazione di un \"Sistema di Gestione della Biodiversit\u00e0\", che \u00e8 destinato a servire all'azienda e alle sue catene di approvvigionamento come strumento di monitoraggio continuo e processi di miglioramento graduale. La complessit\u00e0 dell'implementazione di questo sistema \u00e8 dimostrata dai sette principi su cui si basa lo standard UEBT. Tra le altre cose, chiedono la conservazione della biodiversit\u00e0 (misure di protezione della biodiversit\u00e0), l'uso sostenibile della biodiversit\u00e0, la sostenibilit\u00e0 socio-economica tra i fornitori (garantire la sostenibilit\u00e0 e la vitalit\u00e0 economica), la condivisione dell'accesso e dei benefici (distribuzione equa del profitto generato dall'uso di materie prime specifiche del paese o delle conoscenze tradizionali) o il rispetto dei diritti degli attori coinvolti nelle attivit\u00e0 di BioTrade (ad esempio, formazione ed educazione alla sicurezza, esclusione della discriminazione, ecc.)<\/p>\n

Impegno sociale onorato<\/strong><\/p>\n

La schiettezza e la coerenza con cui Weleda adempie alla sua responsabilit\u00e0 verso le persone e l'ambiente e il suo coraggio di impegnarsi in processi di apprendimento potenzialmente controversi e aperti \u00e8 riconosciuto dalla giuria come un risultato eccezionale.<\/p>\n

Anche Despite GmbH e Die Sozialfirma AG sono stati nominati per il premio. Nonostante abbia sviluppato una valutazione innovativa per le persone di fiducia. Con il suo modello di business, Die Sozialfirma combina l'impegno sociale e l'azione economica, integrando cos\u00ec i dipendenti disabili nel mercato del lavoro primario.<\/p>\n
