La globalizzazione, la demografia, la digitalizzazione e la pressione dei costi sono i motori di processi di cambiamento sempre nuovi. Solo il consiglio e la direzione credono che la cultura della vostra azienda rafforzi il cambiamento pi\u00f9 di quanto lo inibisca.<\/p>\n<p>Su una scala da zero a dieci, il valore dei capi \u00e8 6,4, la media di tutti \u00e8 4,6. \"Spesso c'\u00e8 troppo poca consapevolezza della cultura\" riassume Lorenz Forchhammer, leader dello studio e senior partner di ComTeam. \"Le culture coltivate sono pi\u00f9 sabbia che olio negli ingranaggi delle organizzazioni in condizioni ambientali mutevoli. Ostacolano il cambiamento invece di dargli le ali\", dice Forchhammer.<\/p>\n<p>In particolare, la gestione dei conflitti, le risorse e il tempo, cos\u00ec come il potere e la gerarchia, rispettivamente il riconoscimento e la critica come elementi culturali centrali, sono da migliorare secondo gli intervistati. Qui \u00e8 importante sviluppare una cultura in cui le novit\u00e0 possano prendere piede: \"I nuovi metodi agili permettono un progresso che rende sia la cultura che l'organizzazione adatta al futuro. Non portano solo un adattamento cosmetico, ma un cambiamento profondo\", spiega Forchhammer sulle possibili soluzioni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il cambiamento ha bisogno soprattutto di pazienza<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quando si tratta di cambiamento, gli intervistati danno alle loro aziende poco credito per la competenza. Su una scala da 1 a 5, il valore \u00e8 esattamente 3, che non parla di abilit\u00e0 speciali. Quando \u00e8 stato chiesto quale fosse la maggiore area di apprendimento in relazione al cambiamento, il termine \"pazienza\" \u00e8 emerso di gran lunga il pi\u00f9 frequente, senza specifiche. Forchhammer aggiunge a questo risultato: \"Ovunque c'\u00e8 una mancanza di gestione, di metodologia e di tempo. Tutto deve avvenire rapidamente, le risorse necessarie non sono attivate. La complessit\u00e0 sociale dei progetti di cambiamento \u00e8 ancora clamorosamente sottovalutata\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meno competenza che volont\u00e0 di cambiare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Valori leggermente migliori rispetto alla competenza di cambiamento sono raggiunti dalle organizzazioni in termini di volont\u00e0 di cambiamento che viene loro attribuita. Qui il valore medio \u00e8 3,26 (scala da 1 a 5). La volont\u00e0 di cambiare \u00e8 ovviamente pi\u00f9 forte, ma la capacit\u00e0 di farlo \u00e8 piuttosto debole. In entrambe le domande, il top management valuta la sua azienda molto pi\u00f9 positivamente di quanto faccia l'intera forza lavoro.
