Il buon risultato ci d\u00e0 ragione sul fatto che la qualit\u00e0 non \u00e8 solo un sistema, ma anche una cultura\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decisione volontaria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La FHS di San Gallo si \u00e8 sottoposta volontariamente a una revisione della qualit\u00e0 da parte dell'EFQM. A tal fine, un rapporto di autovalutazione di 82 pagine \u00e8 stato preparato internamente ed esaminato da due valutatori indipendenti in una valutazione esterna alla fine di aprile. Durante tre giorni, i valutatori hanno condotto 17 interviste con diversi gruppi di dipendenti, studenti e alumni. I criteri di valutazione sono stati la leadership; la strategia; i dipendenti; le partnership cos\u00ec come i processi, i prodotti e i servizi della FHS e i risultati raggiunti con i clienti, i dipendenti e la societ\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il modello EFQM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il modello EFQM per l'eccellenza aziendale fornisce una visione olistica delle pratiche di un'organizzazione. Sulla base dell'autovalutazione e della valutazione esterna, il livello di maturit\u00e0 di un'azienda o di un'organizzazione pu\u00f2 essere determinato in relazione agli altri. Il grado di adempimento dei singoli criteri EFQM viene controllato dai valutatori sulla base della brochure di candidatura e dei colloqui in loco.
