Questi permettono ai passeggeri di esprimere la loro soddisfazione su vari servizi. Questo feedback volontario si basa su tre pulsanti \"emoji\" che rappresentano diversi livelli di soddisfazione. Le valutazioni dei passeggeri sono registrate e condivise in tempo reale, aiutando il team dell'aeroporto ad allocare le risorse in modo efficace.<\/p>\n<p>Melanie Burnley, direttore della Customer Experience di LCY, dice: \"Al London City Airport stiamo assistendo a un numero record di passeggeri. Il feedback in tempo reale permette loro di vedere quali aree dell'aeroporto sono sovraccariche e dove sono necessarie risorse aggiuntive.
