(Immagine: Unsplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Quest'anno, lo Swiss HR Barometer (Barometro delle relazioni umane), che viene compilato ogni due anni, collega due sviluppi chiave: La digitalizzazione e l'invecchiamento della nostra societ\u00e0. Nel sondaggio di circa 2.000 dipendenti, il tema dell'invecchiamento ha rivelato che circa il 40 per cento, secondo il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unilu.ch\/news\/je-digitaler-die-arbeit-desto-unzufriedener-die-beschaeftigten-5473\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Comunicato stampa\u00a0<\/a>il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unilu.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universit\u00e0 di Lucerna\u00a0<\/a>sarebbero abbastanza disposti a continuare a lavorare oltre il momento del loro pensionamento. Tuttavia, molti di loro gi\u00e0 soffrono di pregiudizi contro i dipendenti pi\u00f9 anziani nelle aziende durante la loro vita lavorativa regolare. Secondo il Barometro delle Risorse Umane, queste sembrano essere diffuse in Svizzera. \"C'\u00e8 un notevole bisogno di azione qui per i datori di lavoro, ma anche per i manager e i colleghi\", ha detto il direttore dello studio Gudela Grote.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barometro delle soluzioni digitali\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Secondo il barometro, le domande sulla digitalizzazione hanno rivelato una conclusione: Pi\u00f9 alto \u00e8 il livello di digitalizzazione dell'azienda, pi\u00f9 bassa \u00e8 la soddisfazione sul lavoro. Il 74% degli intervistati ha dichiarato che la loro azienda \u00e8 disposta a utilizzare soluzioni digitali. La propriet\u00e0 dei dipendenti sta giocando un ruolo sempre pi\u00f9 importante. Un totale del 66% degli intervistati dice di essere \"pienamente\" o almeno \"un po'\" autorizzato a prendere decisioni indipendenti dai propri supervisori. D'altra parte, viene riportato anche il monitoraggio elettronico. Il 20% degli intervistati ritiene che la loro privacy sia limitata come risultato. I risultati mostrano che i dipendenti si sentono meno legati alla loro azienda se il monitoraggio elettronico \u00e8 usato troppo spesso.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Circa il 75% degli intervistati preferisce una chiara separazione tra lavoro e vita privata. Il desiderio di separazione \u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 pronunciato tra i dipendenti pi\u00f9 anziani.
