Come coinvolge i principali stakeholder? Come crea un valore sostenibile? Come fa a guidare simultaneamente le sue prestazioni e la sua capacit\u00e0 di cambiamento?<\/li>\n<li>Cosa (risultati) ha ottenuto finora per i suoi stakeholder Cosa vuole ottenere in futuro?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il filo conduttore del modello \u00e8 il collegamento dello scopo, della visione e della strategia di un'organizzazione con la sua cultura, con la sua leadership a tutti i livelli e con le sue strutture sostenibili.
