Leadership requirements in the new world of work

The new conditions created in the working world during the last two years demand new models of cooperation, new framework conditions and new leadership behavior. Universities of applied sciences and universities are challenged to produce optimally trained leaders and leadership experts and to offer non-consecutive leadership training.
